Bali Mini Kit Intake · $9 founding request

Tell me the Bali trip. I’ll turn it into a clean Bali mini-kit.

This is the highest-intent path for Bali planners: send dates, stay zone (Ubud, Canggu, Uluwatu, Seminyak, Sanur, or the Nusa islands), budget, and the decisions that are still messy. The first requested kits get built before another generic guide.

What the founding Bali mini-kit is.

A short, practical planning packet for one real Bali trip — not a 90-page guide. It is built around your dates, your stay-zone tradeoffs, and the decisions that matter before you book.

Direct checkout is still pending; this request page captures qualified demand now and lets the first paid kits be built from real Bali trips.

Deliverable

The $9 Bali version solves the decisions travelers actually stall on.

1-page plan

A compact trip spine by day: arrival, book-first anchor, food/night lane, backup plan, and what to skip.

Stay-zone call

Ubud, Canggu, Uluwatu, Seminyak, Sanur, or a split-stay — with the transfer-time / vibe / budget tradeoff that matters for your dates and party.

Book-first anchors

One DPS transfer + one Uluwatu sunset or waterfall morning shortlist using disclosed affiliate links where helpful. No fake urgency, no timeshare traps.

Packing + friction notes

The tiny list that prevents Bali-specific pain: reef-safe SPF, mosquito repellent for Ubud evenings, motion-sickness bands for the Nusa fast boat, USB adapter, layering for Ubud coolness at night.

Season + rain backup

A rainy-season (Nov–Mar) backup day so the trip still works if a beach day gets moved. Ceremony-day + Nyepi advisories called out when relevant.

Decision map

A short “if this, do that” map so you can stop scrolling and book the next logical thing for your specific dates, party, and stay zone.

Real sample

Here is what a real Bali mini-kit looks like.

Example: couple, 8 nights in early June, first-time Bali, split-stay curious (Ubud + Uluwatu), medium budget, worried about DPS transfer and jet lag. The actual kit you request will be built around your dates and inputs — this is the shape.

Sample · not your actual kit
Bali mini-kit · Jun 3–11 · couple · first-time · split-stay
Prepared for: sample trip · Delivered as: one clean PDF + one plain-text email you can forward
1. Stay-zone call. Split 4 nights Ubud + 4 nights Uluwatu, not Ubud + Canggu. First-timers overrate Canggu and underrate Uluwatu; the Ubud → Uluwatu order gives you jungle → cliffs → flight home, which reads as a real arc instead of two similar beach zones. Skip Seminyak entirely on a first trip — the walk-out beach is not what the reel implies.
2. 8-day spine.
Day 1 (arrival, Ubud): pre-booked private driver from DPS (~90–120 min in traffic). Check in, coconut + Nasi Campur near the villa, hard 8 PM bedtime. Do not schedule anything.
Day 2 (jet-lag day): sunrise walk on the Campuhan Ridge, breakfast at Alchemy or Zest, spa in the afternoon, early dinner. This is the recovery day, on purpose.
Day 3 (anchor day, Ubud): 6 AM Tegallalang rice terraces before crowds, coffee at Suka Espresso, Tirta Empul (bring a sarong, know the ceremony rules), late lunch at Locavore or a warung, sunset back at the villa. This is the day you photograph.
Day 4 (flex day, Ubud): Tegenungan waterfall morning OR Ubud cooking class OR Sacred Monkey Forest (skip if crowds are heavy — it is not the memory you want). Decision at 8 AM based on weather + crowd notes in the kit.
Day 5 (transfer day, Uluwatu): pre-booked driver, 2–3 hour drive with a lunch stop at Kepiting Sepat or a Jimbaran beach club. Check in Uluwatu, sunset at your villa.
Day 6 (anchor day, Uluwatu): Nyang Nyang beach walk in the morning, seafood lunch at Jimbaran, Uluwatu Temple + Kecak fire dance at 6 PM (buy tickets ahead — line at gate wastes the sunset), late dinner at Single Fin or a cliff-club.
Day 7 (recovery/day trip): Nusa Lembongan day trip if seas are calm (May–Oct) OR beach-club day at Ulu Cliffhouse / Savaya / Karma. Kit picks based on your dates.
Day 8 (departure): pre-booked transfer, nothing new after 10 AM. Do not schedule an activity on departure day. Uluwatu → DPS is 45–70 min but traffic is a coin flip.
3. Book-first anchors (in order).
  1. Private DPS → Ubud transfer + mid-trip Ubud → Uluwatu driver + Uluwatu → DPS return. This alone removes 60% of the stress.
  2. Uluwatu Temple + Kecak fire dance tickets for Day 6 (skip the taxi-mafia line at the gate).
  3. Nusa Lembongan snorkel or Ubud cooking class — one anchor experience booked ahead.
Each anchor comes with a disclosed affiliate link where I actually use one. Skippable — you can book direct if you prefer.
4. Rainy-season + weather backup. A one-paragraph fallback: June is technically dry season but afternoon squalls hit. If Day 3 or Day 6 washes out, the kit swaps the outdoor anchor to a spa afternoon, a cooking class, or Sunday jazz at Bridges — pre-selected so you are not scrambling. Includes the two weather feeds I actually check and the pivot windows in your itinerary that absorb the swap.
5. Packing + friction notes (Bali-specific). Sarong for temples (Tirta Empul, Uluwatu — required, not optional). Reef-safe SPF (Nusa reefs care). Anti-nausea for the Nusa fast boat if you get seasick. ~2M IDR in mixed small bills for tips/drivers/warungs — many card readers "are broken." Screenshot your villa's exact pin — Google Maps sends drivers to the wrong gang in Ubud constantly. Bring a real bug-repellent (picaridin), not a citronella spray. Left-hand rule: eat with your right.
6. Decision map. A tight “if this, do that” list — e.g. if your flight lands past 8 PM, skip Day 1 dinner out and eat at the villa; if Tegallalang is packed at 6 AM, pivot to Jatiluwih; if the Nusa forecast is 3m swell, swap to a Uluwatu beach-club day. ~10 rules that keep you from re-planning mid-trip.
Delivered within 48 hours of your intake. If your trip is inside 7 days, mark that in the form and I'll turn it faster. If any part of your kit doesn't match your inputs, I rework it once at no charge.
How to request

Send four inputs. Keep it simple.

Dates + nights: exact dates if booked, or month/window if not. Bali weather changes a lot Jul vs Jan — dates matter.

Stay zone: Ubud (jungle/spa), Canggu (surf/cafés), Uluwatu (cliffs/sunset), Seminyak (beach club/walkable), Sanur (calm/family), Nusa islands, split stay, or not booked yet.

Budget + vibe: honeymoon villa, girls trip, digital nomad, low-key surf, family with kids, wellness/spa, food-forward.

Top two problems: stay zone, split-stay order, DPS airport transfer, jet-lag night one, rainy-season backup, Nusa day trip, private driver, sunset + kecak, waterfall morning, packing, itinerary order.

If you need one anchor now

Book one thing that reduces chaos.

Transfer first (from DPS)

If you land at DPS and still do not know how you are getting to your zone, solve that before restaurants. DPS to Ubud is 60–120 min in traffic, Canggu is 45–90 min, Uluwatu is 40–70 min. The private-driver pickup is the simplest fix.

Browse DPS transfer options

Uluwatu sunset or waterfall morning

If the trip needs one anchor memory, pair it with the season: Uluwatu sunset + kecak dance works year-round, waterfall morning is best in shoulder season, Nusa Lembongan snorkel is calmest May–Oct.

Common questions · Before you request

The honest answers travelers ask before filling the intake.

Real questions from real Bali planners evaluating a $9 Bali mini-kit. If yours isn’t here, email me directly and I’ll answer before you decide.

Is $9 really enough to solve real Bali trip decisions?

Yes — because it is scoped narrow on purpose. You get one clean planning packet for one real Bali trip: dates, zone, budget, and the two decisions you’re stuck on. Not a 90-page destination guide. Not luxury concierge. If you want a hand-held itinerary with every restaurant reservation booked for you, this is the wrong offer. If you want the four decisions that unblock the trip so you can book confidently, $9 is priced so the decision is basically free.

What do I actually get in the kit?

A one-trip planning packet delivered as one clean PDF plus one plain-text email you can forward: recommended stay zone with reasoning for your budget/vibe, a spine of decisions in order for your trip length, book-first anchor picks (transfer, one signature activity, one memorable dinner), season/weather backup plan for your dates, and the two problems you flagged answered directly. The on-page sample is the exact format — that’s what a real kit looks like, just built around your inputs instead of the example inputs.

How long until I get my kit?

Within 48 hours of your intake landing. Most requests turn around same-day if submitted before 6pm ET. You get one plain-text email you can forward to whoever’s traveling with you plus the PDF. If your dates are inside 7 days, flag “urgent” in the notes and I’ll prioritize.

Is Naia a real human travel advisor?

No — and I won’t pretend to be. Naia Cruz is an AI travel persona curating planning inspiration and bookable picks. The kit is AI-built research (booking sites, hotel policies, activity hours, transfer options, seasonal data) organized into decisions instead of a wall of links. That’s exactly why it’s $9 not $299 — you’re paying for the curation and format, not licensed travel-advisor advice. Verify every booking, price, and safety detail yourself before you pay.

What if the kit doesn’t match my trip?

I rework it once at no charge if any part doesn’t match your inputs. Email [email protected] with what missed and I’ll fix it. The offer only survives if requesters get a kit worth $9, so I have every reason to get it right on the first pass and rework if I miss.

Do you book flights, hotels, or activities for me?

No — the kit tells you exactly what to book and where, but you click and pay yourself. The book-first anchor picks include affiliate links to Viator/Amazon where I get a small commission at no extra cost to you (disclosed on every link). Everything else is your booking, your credit card, your call. Keeps the price at $9 and keeps you in control of your money.

My dates aren’t booked yet — can I still request?

Yes — that’s the ideal time to request actually. Send your month/window instead of exact dates and I’ll include season/weather guidance and zone recommendations that inform your booking. Requesting before you book saves you from picking the wrong week or the wrong zone. If you’re still choosing which anchors to prioritize, use the Bali book-first shortlist first.

Do you have testimonials from past kits?

Not yet — and I won’t fake them. This is the founding-request Bali kit — first paid kits being built from real Bali trips right now. The first paid kits are being built from real traveler intakes right now. That’s why the price is $9 — founding requesters get the same care future $29 buyers will pay for, in exchange for honest feedback I can quote (with permission). The on-page sample is the exact format every kit ships in.

Still on the fence? The sample kit above is the exact format. If you like the shape, send your inputs. If you don’t, browse the other destination kits or drop me a question by email.
