Turks & Caicos Mini Kit Intake · $9 founding request

Tell me the TCI trip. I’ll turn it into a clean Turks & Caicos mini-kit.

This is the highest-intent path for Turks & Caicos planners: send dates, Providenciales stay zone (Grace Bay, Leeward, Bight, Turtle Cove, Long Bay, Chalk Sound, Blue Hills — or a sister-island split), whether you want a boat day locked in, and the decisions still messy. The first requested kits get built before another generic guide.

What the founding TCI mini-kit is.

A short, practical planning packet for one real Turks & Caicos trip — not a 90-page guide. It is built around your dates, your Provo stay-zone tradeoffs, and the decisions that matter before you book (Grace Bay resort vs Chalk Sound villa, which boat day, PLS transfer plan).

Direct checkout is still pending; this request page captures qualified demand now and lets the first paid kits be built from real TCI trips.

Deliverable

The $9 Turks & Caicos version solves the decisions travelers actually stall on.

1-page plan

A compact trip spine by day: arrival, boat-day anchor, Grace Bay swim/lounge lane, backup plan for a windy day, and what to skip (the crowded conch shack).

Stay-zone call

Grace Bay (main resort strip), Leeward (calmer east tip), The Bight (walkable to Grace Bay), Long Bay (kite/wind side), Chalk Sound (turquoise villas), or a Provo + sister-island split. Includes the walkability / beach access / party level / budget tradeoff for your dates and party.

Boat-first anchor

One half-day snorkel/sail (Bight Reef, Smith's Reef, Iguana Island) or a full-day private charter, using disclosed affiliate links where helpful. No fake urgency, no overpacked catamaran cattle-boat trap.

Packing + friction notes

The tiny list that prevents TCI-specific pain: reef-safe SPF (fragile reef), water shoes for Iguana Island rocks, refillable water bottle, small cash for taxis (rides are cash-friendly), light layers for a windy sunset cruise.

Season + wind backup

Dec–Apr is peak dry and calm; May–Jul is quieter with warmer water; Aug–Oct is hurricane window and cheaper; winter trade winds can cancel small-boat trips — the kit builds in a backup half-day so the trip still lands.

Decision map

A short “if this, do that” map so you can stop scrolling and book the next logical thing for your specific dates, party, and stay zone.

Real sample

Here is what a real TCI mini-kit looks like.

Example: honeymoon couple, 6 nights in mid-March, first-time Turks & Caicos, Grace Bay resort stay (The Bight end for the quieter walk), mid-to-premium budget, worried about which boat day to pick and whether the trade winds will kill it. The actual kit you request will be built around your dates and inputs — this is the shape.

TCI mini-kit · March 14–20 · couple · honeymoon · Grace Bay (The Bight)
Prepared for: sample trip · Delivered as: one clean PDF + one plain-text email you can forward
1. Stay-zone call. Grace Bay resort at The Bight end, not the main strip and not Leeward. Grace Bay is the honeymoon default for a reason — walkable, reef-free swim entry, sunset side. But the main-strip resorts (center of Grace Bay) get the pool-day-party crowd; The Bight end gives you the same beach with a quieter stretch, a 5–10 minute beach walk into the main strip when you want dinner or a bar, and easier reef access at Bight Reef (walkable snorkel, free). Skip Leeward for a first-timer honeymoon — the east tip is calmer but you’ll cab to everything. Skip Chalk Sound unless you’re specifically after a private villa vibe and don’t mind driving for dinner. Split stay is a trap on a 6-night trip — you’ll lose half a day to the switch.
2. 6-day spine.
Day 1 (arrival, Grace Bay): pre-booked private PLS transfer (~15–20 min to The Bight). Check in, feet-in-sand hour, sunset from your stretch of Grace Bay, low-key dinner walkable in the main strip. Do not schedule an activity — travel day.
Day 2 (Bight Reef + slow day): walk to Bight Reef right off the beach (free, best light 9–11 AM before boats churn it), lunch back at the resort, afternoon by the water, sunset cocktail somewhere with a view. Cheap, low-friction day that fixes jet-lag and gives you the first “we’re here” memory.
Day 3 (anchor day — half-day private charter): half-day private charter out of Turtle Cove or Blue Haven, 9 AM departure: Iguana Island stop + a snorkel spot (Bight Reef or Smith’s Reef depending on wind), back by 1 PM. Private beats a shared cattle-catamaran on a honeymoon by a wide margin — the boat is yours, the captain flexes with the wind, and you can bail early if the water turns. Book 3–5 weeks ahead in March — the good captains sell out.
Day 4 (recovery + dinner anchor): beach + pool day, book a proper dinner reservation somewhere real (Coco Bistro, Bugaloos in Five Cays, or a small-plates spot). This is your “big dinner” night — lock the reservation 2+ weeks out.
Day 5 (optional adventure or slow day): two variants pre-selected — (a) Salt Cay day trip (small plane or ferry, whale-watching window Jan–Apr), or (b) a proper slow day: Bight Reef morning, long beach walk, sunset catamaran BYOB from Turtle Cove. Pick one before you leave home — don’t decide day-of.
Day 6 (departure): beach morning, taverna-style lunch on the strip, pre-booked driver to PLS (~20 min from The Bight). Do not schedule anything after 11 AM — PLS security can back up and outbound flights are unforgiving on late arrivals.
3. Book-first anchors (in order).
  1. Private PLS transfer in + PLS transfer out. Removes the two most stressful moments of the trip in one booking, especially on late arrivals.
  2. Half-day private charter for Day 3 — the anchor experience that also solves the shared-catamaran problem.
  3. One “big dinner” reservation for Day 4 (Coco Bistro or equivalent). Grace Bay dinner spots book out 2–4 weeks ahead in peak season.
Each anchor comes with a disclosed affiliate link where I actually use one. Skippable — you can book direct if you prefer.
4. Trade-wind + weather backup. A one-paragraph fallback: Dec–Apr is peak dry-and-calm but trade-wind windows can still cancel small boats without warning. If your Day 3 charter gets scrubbed, the kit pivots to a Bight Reef + Smith’s Reef double-snorkel walkable morning + Chalk Sound viewpoint drive + long lunch — pre-selected, not scrambled. If the Salt Cay day gets weather-canceled, the pivot is a North Caicos day trip via the twice-daily ferry from Walkin Marina (Wheeland). Includes the wind + swell feed I actually check and the pivot windows built into your itinerary.
5. Packing + friction notes (TCI-specific). Reef-safe SPF only — the TCI reef is protected and fragile; oxybenzone sunscreens are actually banned at some snorkel spots. Water shoes for Iguana Island (rocky landing, iguanas do not care about your feet). Refillable water bottle — tap is drinkable but salty-tasting; every resort has a filtered station. Small USD cash for taxis (rides are cash-friendly, USD is official currency, no need to convert). Light layers + a wind-breaker for sunset cruises — the trade winds make evenings cooler than you expect. Skip the conch-shack Instagram trap on the north side; better and cheaper conch is in Blue Hills or Five Cays. Book a rental car only if you’re going Chalk Sound / North Caicos — otherwise taxis are cheaper and driving-left is a real cognitive tax on a honeymoon.
6. Decision map. A tight “if this, do that” list — e.g. if the wind forecast is >20 knots on charter day, pivot to Bight Reef walkable morning + Chalk Sound drive; if your flight lands after 5 PM, skip the sunset plan and just eat resort dinner; if the whale window is open (Jan–Apr) and you’re a first-timer, prioritize Salt Cay over a second boat day; if the Coco Bistro reservation slot is 8:30+, take it — they turn tables slowly and rushed dinners are worse than late ones; if you’re jet-lagged past Day 2, cancel the Day 3 anchor and slide it to Day 4 rather than push through. ~10 rules that keep you from re-planning mid-trip.
Delivered within 48 hours of your intake. If your trip is inside 7 days, mark that in the form and I’ll turn it faster. If any part of your kit doesn’t match your inputs, I rework it once at no charge.
How to request

Send four inputs. Keep it simple.

Dates + nights: exact dates if booked, or month/window if not. TCI in February vs September is a different island — dates matter.

Stay zone: Grace Bay (main strip), Leeward (east tip), The Bight (quiet Grace Bay), Turtle Cove (marina), Long Bay (kite), Chalk Sound (villa), Blue Hills, split stay, or not booked yet.

Budget + vibe: honeymoon Grace Bay resort, family villa, dive trip, birthday, kite/wind trip, food-forward, photo-first, family with older kids.

Top two problems: stay zone, boat-day pick, PLS airport transfer, snorkel spot, kite lesson timing, ferry to Salt Cay, North/Middle Caicos day, packing, itinerary order.

If you need one anchor now

Book one thing that reduces chaos.

Transfer first (from PLS)

If you land at PLS (Providenciales) and still do not know how you are getting to your resort or villa, solve that before restaurants. PLS to Grace Bay is 15–20 min, Leeward 20–25 min, Chalk Sound 15 min, Long Bay 15 min. Taxis are cash-friendly and metered by zone; a pre-booked private transfer is the calmest fix, especially with kids or a late arrival.

Half-day snorkel or private charter

If the trip needs one anchor memory, a Bight Reef / Smith's Reef / Iguana Island snorkel morning or a private half-day boat charter are the two most consistently loved anchors — they also solve the "we tried to book a boat last minute and it was full" problem, since good boats book out 2–4 weeks ahead in high season.

Common questions · Before you request

The honest answers travelers ask before filling the intake.

Real questions from real Turks & Caicos planners evaluating a $9 TCI mini-kit. If yours isn’t here, email me directly and I’ll answer before you decide.

Is $9 really enough to solve real Turks & Caicos trip decisions?

Yes — because it is scoped narrow on purpose. You get one clean planning packet for one real Turks & Caicos trip: dates, zone, budget, and the two decisions you’re stuck on. Not a 90-page destination guide. Not luxury concierge. If you want a hand-held itinerary with every restaurant reservation booked for you, this is the wrong offer. If you want the four decisions that unblock the trip so you can book confidently, $9 is priced so the decision is basically free.

What do I actually get in the kit?

A one-trip planning packet delivered as one clean PDF plus one plain-text email you can forward: recommended stay zone with reasoning for your budget/vibe, a spine of decisions in order for your trip length, book-first anchor picks (transfer, one signature activity, one memorable dinner), season/weather backup plan for your dates, and the two problems you flagged answered directly. The on-page sample is the exact format — that’s what a real kit looks like, just built around your inputs instead of the example inputs.

How long until I get my kit?

Within 48 hours of your intake landing. Most requests turn around same-day if submitted before 6pm ET. You get one plain-text email you can forward to whoever’s traveling with you plus the PDF. If your dates are inside 7 days, flag “urgent” in the notes and I’ll prioritize.

Is Naia a real human travel advisor?

No — and I won’t pretend to be. Naia Cruz is an AI travel persona curating planning inspiration and bookable picks. The kit is AI-built research (booking sites, hotel policies, activity hours, transfer options, seasonal data) organized into decisions instead of a wall of links. That’s exactly why it’s $9 not $299 — you’re paying for the curation and format, not licensed travel-advisor advice. Verify every booking, price, and safety detail yourself before you pay.

What if the kit doesn’t match my trip?

I rework it once at no charge if any part doesn’t match your inputs. Email [email protected] with what missed and I’ll fix it. The offer only survives if requesters get a kit worth $9, so I have every reason to get it right on the first pass and rework if I miss.

Do you book flights, hotels, or activities for me?

No — the kit tells you exactly what to book and where, but you click and pay yourself. The book-first anchor picks include affiliate links to Viator/Amazon where I get a small commission at no extra cost to you (disclosed on every link). Everything else is your booking, your credit card, your call. Keeps the price at $9 and keeps you in control of your money.

My dates aren’t booked yet — can I still request?

Yes — that’s the ideal time to request actually. Send your month/window instead of exact dates and I’ll include season/weather guidance and zone recommendations that inform your booking. Requesting before you book saves you from picking the wrong week or the wrong zone. If you’re still choosing which anchors to prioritize, use the Turks & Caicos book-first shortlist first.

Do you have testimonials from past kits?

Not yet — and I won’t fake them. This is the founding-request TCI kit — first paid kits being built from real Turks & Caicos trips right now. The first paid kits are being built from real traveler intakes right now. That’s why the price is $9 — founding requesters get the same care future $29 buyers will pay for, in exchange for honest feedback I can quote (with permission). The on-page sample is the exact format every kit ships in.

Still on the fence? The sample kit above is the exact format. If you like the shape, send your inputs. If you don’t, browse the other destination kits or drop me a question by email.
